I'm a wellness coach, a registered respiratory therapist, and a mother raising an almost-teenage daughter. Most importantly, I'm someone who believes you deserve to live fully, freely, and completely, even with COPD or asthma. After two decades in respiratory care, I founded Erica White Wellness because I saw the gap that traditional healthcare couldn't fill.
Women didn't need another medical professional telling them what's wrong. They needed someone who understood what they were experiencing and could help them reclaim their lives. That's exactly what I'm here to do.
