Over three weeks, we work together to better understand your personal triggers, review and optimize your current plan, and create clear strategies for preventing and responding to flare-ups. The goal is not to eliminate symptoms, but to reduce fear and increase confidence in how you respond when breathing feels difficult.

This program offers clarity, preparation, and reassurance — so breathing feels less overwhelming in daily life.

A gentle, grounding program focused on calming the nervous system and rebuilding trust in your breath and body.

Breathe & Be is designed for women whose breathing challenges are closely connected to anxiety, fear, or a sense of unpredictability. Through intentional breathing practices, body awareness, and reflective support, we focus on helping your body feel safer — allowing breathing to feel steadier and more reliable.

This work is about consistency and self-trust, not pushing or forcing change.

From Breathless to Balanced brings together the three pillars of my work — Breathe Easier, Feel Calmer, and Live with Confidence — guided by the CALM Breath Habit System. Over eight weeks, we focus on rebuilding trust in your breath, strengthening emotional and physical resilience, and creating sustainable routines that support real, everyday life.

This program is not about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning how to live well — with steadiness, confidence, and compassion — even with COPD or asthma.
